Hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday mornings. Anything sent outside those hours is picked up the next working day.

Prices Begin on the quote form. No rate card appears on this site, because the awkward bit decides the figure and we do not know it yet.
Not us A whole house, a piano, a safe, fine art, or two boxes and a lamp. We will name the right alternative rather than take the booking.
Send a photograph
Of the item, of the staircase and of the street outside. Three photographs answer more questions than any description, and they take you a minute rather than an email exchange.
Or send three numbers
The clear diagonal at the stair turn, the narrowest door head on the route, and the longest rigid dimension of the largest item. Those three settle almost every "will it fit" question in advance.
If something went wrong
Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses on your own.
